Booking terms & conditions
Booking eligibility
The camp is available to children aged 8–14 on 10 August 2026. Bookings must be made by a parent or guardian with authority to consent.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. A place is only fully confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
Capacity
Places are limited. Once capacity is reached the waitlist opens. Reservations expire if payment is not completed within the reservation window.
Medical disclosure
Parents must disclose all relevant medical, allergy and support information at booking. Camp staff may contact you before confirming the camp can safely meet your child's needs.
Behaviour
Children are expected to be respectful and follow reasonable instructions from staff. We reserve the right to remove a child whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
Collection
Children must be collected by an authorised collector or verified via the camp collection procedure. Independent leaving is only permitted where expressly approved.
Late collection
Repeated or serious late collections may result in an administration charge.
Programme changes
We reserve the right to adapt the programme for weather, group needs and safety.
Injury and risk
Rugby and physical activity involve a risk of injury. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Personal belongings
Children are responsible for their own belongings.
Photography
Photography is managed in accordance with the permissions selected at booking.
Cancellations and refunds

Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform where prevented by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
