Cancellation by you
- More than 28 days before camp — refund less non-refundable booking costs, where lawful.
- 14–28 days before camp — 50% refund or account credit.
- Less than 14 days before camp — normally non-refundable unless the place is resold.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel the camp, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
Medical or exceptional circumstances
We will consider medical or exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
