Coaching philosophy

Progression through play. Small-sided games, clear challenges and honest feedback develop skill, decision-making and confidence far quicker than drills alone. Every session is planned around age and stage so every child — from beginner to established junior player — is stretched appropriately and enjoys the week.

Assistant coaches

Additional coaches will be introduced ahead of the camp and confirmed in the parent information pack.
