Photography is managed in accordance with the specific permissions selected by the parent or guardian during booking. Permissions are separate and unticked by default:

  • Photographs for secure internal camp records
  • Photographs or videos on the White Rose Rugby Camps website
  • Photographs or videos on White Rose Rugby Camps social-media channels
  • Approved camp photographs shared with named commercial sponsors

Parents and guardians may withdraw permissions at any time through the parent portal.
