Our secure multi-step booking journey (parent details, child details, emergency contacts, medical, consents and Stripe checkout) is being finalised.
Site in setup. Bookings will open once the administrator completes the launch checklist. Meanwhile you can get in touch with any questions.
The full booking flow is delivered in the next phase and will include:
- Parent / guardian details with address and confirmation
- Per-child details with automatic age-at-camp calculation
- Emergency contacts, authorised collectors and collection password
- Medical, allergy and support information (securely stored, role-restricted)
- Separate, unticked consent and photography permission checkboxes
- Server-priced Stripe Checkout with webhook-confirmed capacity
- Confirmation page and email
Prices: early-bird £165, standard £185, additional sibling £165. Sibling pricing applies to the second and subsequent children in one family booking only.
